Finally, they email me back with this BS! Thank you for your message. I, then sent them multiple emails trying to reach them. Okay! This company is Horrible!! People pleAse don’t ever ever buy their products! Let me tell you, I hate asking for refunds! But they pushed my limits! I originally thought they products would help me fix my iPhone issues! Nope!! I sent them an email asking if they exchange product bc two of their products did not work for me! Again, I emailed them after I purchased their products! After a day or two later, I received an email asking me to take photos for them to see and I did!. I have not received any answer from them yet. Again, no license codes sent from them in this mail! I have requested for a refund on Sept. "Make sure that there is no space copied at the beginning or the end of the registration code." Thank you but I am not stupid.

On Sept 16 I received another automated message: "Please upgrade your software to the newest one and try again, then the issue will be solved." The version that I had was actually downloaded from the "Retrieve Your License Code” page from the link exactly below the provided "license". The license provided from their website was not valid. On Sept 13 I received an automated response that they will be out of office for a festival until Sept 15 (!!) so I run trough their website and from link "Retrieve Your License Code” I retrieved the license. I wrote them on sept 12 regarding the license. I have never received an e-mail with the license that I purchased.

I purchased the iMyFone Umate for Mac on Sept 12.
Like any business I'm sure you can negotiate price. I'd say try imyphone! You don't lose anything with the trial If it works your gold if not I'd check out a service like unlockjunky. Maybe i my phone only supports older devices? Or specific models? Either way both of my phones are unlocked and I'm happy. Definitely costed me money but man was it worth it. Went to unlockjunky and Holy Crap it was fast. After repeating the process for a few hours I decided to just try something else. Tried again with my Galaxy S7 and it pretty much started and froze.
Downloaded the Imyphone wiper plugged in my Galaxy s10 chose the correct info hit start and nothing :( the bar just froze. After searching the internet for about 5 days trying to figure out how the hell to remove the Google account from my Galaxy s10 and Galaxy S7 I've narrowed my options down to either imyphone lock wiper or unlockjunky ( Frp removal service ) quite naturally I chose to go with Imyphone simply because they offered there own software so I could do it myself and they offered a free trial so I couldn't go wrong.
